I want all donations I've made over the past six years and all future donations to be treated as Gift Aid until I notify you otherwise. I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that Caravan of Mercy will reclaim on my donations. I understand the charity will reclaim 25% and hereby consent for the Trust to reclaim tax on all donations I make hereafter until further notice. I also consent to Caravan of Mercy to use Gift Aid claimed from my donation(s) for the benefit of the charity as approved by the Trustees. I understand, that if I pay less income tax and/or capital gains tax in the current tax year, then the amount of gift aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
